From a first review to a running system

Operational review
A first call costs you nothing. You leave it with a written, one-page read of where your operation is leaking time or money, whether or not we ever work together.

Systems design
If you decide to go further, we map the fix, behavioural systems, software, or both. The first paid phase is fixed in scope and price, agreed before we begin.
No open-ended retainer, no surprises. And if we're not the right fit, we'll say so on that first call. We only take on what we can give our full attention.

Build
We implement one or more of the following three, offline system for the management, or our Coductura Software solution, or a custom software built around your operation and desired workflows, with your people involved throughout.

Run
The Custom made software is your product, we design and build it, you own it, and if you can keep using Coductura with any ongoing support, whether integrated with your system or stand alone.

Obscura was founded by Adham Rashid, a certified performance and neuroscience coach who began his studies in electrical engineering before turning to psychology and the question of how people actually perform. His career has run alongside real operations, from hospitality ventures to large developments coordinated across governmental and international institutions.
That mix is the point. The behavioural systems and software we build are practical because they come from understanding both the science behind how people perform and the operation. The firm is a small, specialised team, and we keep it that way on purpose, taking on only what we can give our full attention.
