THE FOUNDER

The Perspective
His Career
His career has crossed domains, from hospitality and lifestyle ventures, to accommodation, manufacturing, to large developments and national infrastructure projects coordinated across international institutions and governmental bodies.

One result that led to establishing Obscura's practice of Behavioural & System Development.

Running the floor and management of a hospitality venue, Adham took daily revenue from around €400 to over €2,000, roughly five times across thirteen months. No new marketing spend. The growth came from changing how the floor and the management team worked day to day: clearer ownership, better operational defaults, the right information in front of the right people at the right moment.
Â
That experience is the foundation of Obscura. Performance wasn't bought. It was designed into the conditions around the work, which is exactly what we now build for other operations.
Adham Rashid
Founder, Obscura
Adham Rashid began in electrical engineering before moving to Malta, where a longer fascination took over: the mind, and why people perform the way they do.
Â
He went deep into the fields that actually explain performance at work, social psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, and the behavioural science of how people focus, decide, and hold up under pressure.
Â
He is a certified performance and neuroscience coach.
But the work Obscura does rests on something more practical than any certificate: years spent inside real operations, applying that science where it changes outcomes.
